These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the jet bass platform and its users. By browsing the jet bass website, creating an account or using any service, you are considered to have read, understood and accepted these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the service.

1 General Terms and Applicability

1.1 Scope of Terms

These Terms apply to all jet bass services — casino games, slots, live casino, sports betting, fishing games and any other service. Specific bonus and promotion terms also remain in effect alongside these Terms. In the event of any conflict between the two, the terms of the specific promotion will take precedence.

1.2 Language and Interpretation

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age and Residency Requirements

To open an account on jet bass you must be 21 years of age or older. All details provided at registration — name, date of birth, mobile number and address — must be accurate and truthful. Providing false information may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

2.2 Single Account Rule

Each person may hold only one account. Operating multiple accounts from the same household or the same device is strictly prohibited. jet bass reserves the right to conduct a verification process in cases of suspicion.

2.3 Account Transfer

An account is entirely personal. No account may be sold, transferred or made available for use by a third party. Placing bets or managing games on behalf of another person also falls under this prohibition.

3 Account Security and Identity Verification

3.1 Password Protection

Keeping your login details — username and password — confidential is entirely your responsibility. You are required to use a strong password and not share these details with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify the support team immediately.

3.2 KYC — Identity Verification Process

jet bass may at any time request a National ID (NID), passport or other document for account verification. This verification may become mandatory before a withdrawal request or after a certain amount is exceeded. Transactions may be put on hold if documents are not submitted within the specified time.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on the jet bass platform is ৳100. Accepted methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank and other major commercial banks). Deposited funds may only be used for gaming purposes.

• Minimum deposit across all methods: ৳100.
• The details provided at the time of deposit must match the registered account details.
• Payments sent in the name of a third party are not accepted.
• If a deposit is not confirmed, a screenshot of the transaction must be sent to support.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal processing normally takes 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawal methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket or bank transfer. Account verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal is not permitted while active bonus wagering requirements remain unfulfilled.
• Payment may be subject to verification if any unusual activity is suspected.
• Withdrawals will always be made to the method registered on the account.

5 Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 100% bonus is available on the first deposit at jet bass, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus giving a total balance of ৳2,000; to withdraw the bonus, ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

All bonus offers are time-limited and subject to specific conditions. Converting one bonus to another or keeping multiple bonuses active at the same time is not possible unless stated otherwise in special terms.

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering must be completed first.
• If bonus abuse or manipulation is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
• Each promotion has its own validity period and minimum deposit requirement.
• jet bass reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion.

5.3 VIP Program and Cashback

The jet bass VIP program has three tiers: Bronze (up to 0.3% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.5% weekly cashback) and Gold (up to 0.8% weekly cashback). Cashback is applied at the designated rate on the week's net losses. Tier advancement is determined based on gaming activity.

6 Gaming Code of Conduct

6.1 Fair Play Policy

All games on the jet bass platform must be played fairly. In the event of a technical error in any game or an unintended prize win, jet bass reserves the right to deduct that amount from the balance. If a game session is disrupted for any technical reason, jet bass will make a decision in accordance with the applicable rules.

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game and market has a set minimum and maximum betting limit, which is clearly displayed in the game interface. jet bass reserves the right to change these limits at any time, with prior notice before the change takes effect.

6.3 Cricket and Sports Betting

For bets placed on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and other cricket events, settlement will occur after the result is finalised. If a match is cancelled or left incomplete, it will be reassessed in accordance with the applicable rules.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jet bass platform and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds if carried out:

• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses.
• Operating games using automated bots, scripts or software.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the platform or attempting to hack it.
• Collusion — multiple players working together to control outcomes at the expense of others.
• Money laundering or transacting with illegally obtained funds.
• Registering an account using a false identity.
• Depositing or withdrawing using a third-party payment account.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by jet bass

If these Terms are breached, fraudulent activity is detected or there is suspicion of harm to the platform, jet bass may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice. If a breach is proven, bonuses and associated winnings held in the account may be forfeited.

8.2 Closure at the User's Own Request

You may contact the support team at any time to request account closure. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your remaining balance before closure; however, any active bonuses will be cancelled.

9 Responsible Gaming

jet bass believes that gaming is a form of entertainment, not a solution to financial problems. We firmly follow responsible gaming guidelines and encourage all players to set their own limits.

• Set deposit limits, session limits and loss limits for yourself.

11 Limitation of Liability

11.1 Technical Disruptions

jet bass will not be liable if a game session is interrupted due to loss of internet connection, server problems, power outages or any other technical reason. However, in such situations every effort will be made to keep your staked funds as safe as possible.

11.2 Third-Party Content

Third-party game studios such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, Evolution and JILI operate games on the jet bass platform. jet bass has limited liability for technical errors in these games. Results are determined according to the RTP standards clearly displayed in the game interface.

11.3 Loss Claims

In the event of any claim or dispute, the maximum compensation is limited to the amount of the transaction in question. jet bass is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.
